Hi, I’m Ffion, I am a local Newport mum of two.
I truly love all things yoga and all things baby! I am trained in:
- Baby Massage
- Baby Yoga
- Toddler Yoga
- Pre-natal (pregnancy) Yoga
- Yoga for Birth
- Post-natal Yoga
- Breastfeeding Peer supporter
Currently I am just running the Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Toddler courses, but if there is anything you wanted to know about any of the others I am happy to help.
BabyMoga classes are chilled and relaxed, and they are a time to bond and play with your baby – giving them all of your love and attention, plus learn some useful things too (doesn’t matter if it’s baby number 1 or 5!) The classes are also a chance to meet some other like-minded, local, new mums.

Touch is important for babies emotional and physical development. Responding to their engagement cues and demonstrating love will strengthen that special bond and close relationship. Touch stimulates the release of the love hormone oxytocin and the natural stress relievers endorphins making your baby feel calm, content and nurtured.
