I’m Ffion, I am a mum of 2 and I am passionate about the nurturing of expectant mothers and their new babies. I truly love all the courses and classes that I run. My own love of yoga florished during my first pregnancy with my daughter Nieve (now 3) and my interest in baby massage grew once she was born. I started teaching pre and post natal yoga during my second pregnancy with my son Zachary (aged 1) My aim is for BabyMoga classes to be a space away from the outside world to take some time for self care and relaxation and bonding with your baby. The classes are also a chance to meet other, like-minded new mums – and for me to meet you too.

Touch is important for babies emotional and physical development. Responding to their engagement cues and demonstrating love will strengthen that special bond and close relationship. Touch stimulates the release of the love hormone oxytocin and the natural stress relievers endorphins making your baby feel calm, content and nurtured.
