Baby’s needs come first whether they need feeding, changing or are unsettled…crying is expected and accepted, don’t worry about it it’s all baby (or toddler!) led, everyone is in the same boat, and its a nice way to meet some new mum-mates
The course is over 4 weeks, which introduces you and your baby to baby massage techniques.
It includes your own bottle of organic massage oil. I email weekly session notes plus additional paper handouts for you to practice and perfect massage strokes at home. On completion of the course you will have learned a full body baby massage. I will show you sequences that can give relief from wind, colic and teething complaints.
Massage is suitable from newborn to crawling age (or when they will no longer stay still for you!) You will be sat on the floor, so if you had a C-section wait until your 6 week check.
All you need to bring is a towel or blanket for baby to lie on. Please let me know if you have any special requirements and I’ll see what I can do.
